Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ALBA PATERA Law Office, a boutique law firm based in Hamburg (Germany) where I'm specialized on Business and Intellectual Property Law in the Creative, Media and Entertainment Industries including Sports. I represent and work with companies, artists and athletes from Asia, Africa and Europe.
From October 2019 until October 2023 I served as an elected Executive Board Member of the Association For Electronic Music ('AFEM'), a global trade body representing the whole eco-system of the (electronic) music industry. During this time I acted additionally as Co-Chair of the 'NFT and Emerging Technologies Working Group' at AFEM.Member of the Executive Board of 'United City FC', 4 x Philippine Football Champion, qualified for AFC Champions League 2021 and 2022.Member of the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GPCCI) and part of the 'Young Leaders Program' of the German-Asia Business Association ('OAV').Producer and Host of the non-legal 'DYCE Podcast'.Before I bootstrapped my own law practice, I worked for governmental institutions, NGO’s and private companies in Colombia, El Salvador, Germany, Spain and the Philippines alongside running a music business.
